Driver version is I would recommend you to check for updates for your driver and then try again.

You might also be able to remove the hard drive to get it to post. If so then slave the HDD to another PC to copy the data off, wipe the drive with Diskpart Clean Command to clear boot level code or partition code that’s blocking boot, then replace the HDD and boot to do the Clean Install in my first post.
